Singleclipper-press E3

The E3 is a pneumatic single-clipper featuring a tightening device.

The E3 can be used to tightly pack meat products like pork or chicken sausages, as well as single products like hams, side cuts and belly cuts in a fibrous casing or net.

Operation:

The E3 is a manual clip machine which is operated using compressed air. The to-be tightened or sealed product is placed in the opening of the machine. The gatherer is then closed, whereby the tightening cylinder automatically grips the casing until the desired pressure is reached. The clip is then sealed and the gatherer can be released. the closing force of the clip - clip pressure - can be adjusted manually. Excess packaging can be removed using the optional pneumatic blade.
