On-site repairs

If your issue still hasn't been resolved after the telephone consultation, we can visit your site
to resole the problem in person. Because we realise that our customers work with fresh products, we aim to provide fast service with as little downtime as possible. We 
also have a large inventory of spare parts in our service trucks.   

Periodic maintenance

Clip machines feature precise mechanisms. Therefore, standard preventive maintenance is very important if reliability is to be guaranteed. This also allows any wear and tear to be identified in good time.
It is possible to have maintenance carried out at your site but, if you do not have enough space, for example, we can also collect the machine and perform maintenance activities at our workshop in Klarenbeek. If you require standard maintenance, you can first request a quote so you know exactly where you stand and are not faced by unwelcome surprises later down the line.
